As a responsible exporter it is the policy of Castle Metals to comply fully with all UK, Europe and US government export control laws and regulations.

Our operational framework and effective business management systems are at the core of how we conduct business.

Castle Metals is committed to the effective management of trade risk and export compliance. This is achieved by a systematic approach to our business process in all activities such as:

  • Customer screening – all parties involved with export transaction
  • End Use certificates – all exports outside the EU have a requirement to advise the supplier of the ultimate end use destination and application
  • Rating enquiries – where applicable to check if goods are export controlled
  • Training of ALL employees – Registered with both Chamber of Commerce and the Department for Business Innovation and Skills to receive updates on UK export controls.
